FRANK live at Bar Matchless Sunday, June 9th!!!

Rare afternoon show in Brooklyn!

Hey everyone -

Next stop on the FRANK train is a rare daytime show at Bar Matchless in Brooklyn. Have your Sunday brunch, then move to the rock. Then go home and watch Mad Men or Game of Thrones or whatever. We’re playing with our good friend Dan Dauchy, and we strongly suggest you arrive early to catch Dan’s set, he’s fantastic. Then stay after our set for our friends A Hypocrite & Slanderer, who hooked us up with the gig!

Save the date for what should be a really special night.  Some of you who have been with us for a long time will remember our friends in Evil Jake, a great New York rock band with whom we shared the stage on several occasions, including one of our legendary Brooklyn Invasion parties at Giorgio Gomelsky’s.  Well, after a hiatus of many years, Evil Jake is reuniting for a show at our beloved Arlene’s Grocery, and FRANK is going to share the night with them.  This will be a great night, so SAVE THE DATE!!!!

Save the date – we’re playing a special extended show at Fontana’s on Saturday, July 28th!  Show starts at 8PM sharp, and we’ll play until 9:45.

Those of you who have been around for a while might recognize The Local 269 as the old Meow Mix, a classic old school NYC nightspot.
